About Cat Aiura
I started boxing to address a deep need for mental, spiritual and emotional wellness. It offered me a path through the confusion and difficulty of becoming a woman in these challenging times, and discovering a way to repurpose pain into purpose and persistence.
Boxing now means so much more to me. I’m determined to curate a career that allows me to be the person I know I can be. It’s a conduit for future philanthropic efforts, a conduit to reach a greater audience, and a platform to help others on a larger scale. Further, I want to be the fighter I’ve envisioned myself to be. It all starts right here, right now. June 1st is going to be a blast and I cannot wait to showcase what I can do, and share that moment with all of my fans!
About Rosie Torres
My name is Rosa (Rosie) Torres. I’m from Chicago, Illinois born and raised. I’ve been boxing for well over 10 years. I won the Chicago Golden Gloves in 2018 and 2019. I got into boxing for multiple reasons but one of my main reasons is to show my kids that hard work and dedication pays off. I’m a mom to 3 amazing kids who I’m extremely proud of. Along my years of boxing I graduated from nursing school and work as a Registered Nurse as well. Some find it funny that I’m a nurse and a boxer, but I can honestly say I get to fulfill my dream career path of being a Nurse and a Professional boxer.
About Michelle Morales
Boxing is life; Without it, I am incomplete. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone and has given me the confidence I lacked as a young girl. When I was young, I didn’t realize how much growing up fatherless, in a broken community and living in a dysfunctional home affected me. Even amongst tremendous adversity, I fell in love with a sport that gave me purpose and a strong foundation to rise above it all. Boxing is the reason I never let adversity win.
Boxing has strengthened me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Through God’s Will, hard work, and tenacity, I will fulfill my dream in becoming a world champion and push to make a difference in my community by inspiring women to chase their dreams without feeling like they are being chastised.
The road to greatness is not an easy one, but it’s the only road that will get me there. I will continue to work hard, dream big, and I will win.
